GROUP RATE

We have a group rate for our guests at the resort which can be booked now by clicking here. While our event dates are November 14th-17th, you are able to book additional nights at our group rate if you wish to extend your stay in paradise.

King rooms (w/ pullout sofa) may be booked online for stays between November 11th-19th. If you wish to stay outside of that window, please book the dates available via the link, and then email Claudio at clangarica@avacancun.com and he will assist in extending your booking.

Rooms with 2 Queen Beds are available at our rate starting on Nov 11th. If you wish to arrive prior to November 14th, book November 14th onward online using the link above and then email Claudio at clangarica@avacancun.com to add the earlier dates. The hotel is sold out of queen rooms after November 17th.

ALL-INCLUSIVE

AVA is an all-inclusive resort, so food, drinks, libations, room service, and many activities are included in your room rate. Full details are available here.

Please be sure to review the booking conditions by clicking on "Oceanfront King" or "Oceanfront Queen" under YOUR STAY when making your reservation.

Children &/or 3+ guests/room - 1. Children between 4 - 12 years when sharing room with parents are $163 USD per children per night, Children between 13 -17 years or additional adults when sharing room are $247 USD per person per night, (Max 2 children per room). The fee related to the stay of the children & additional guests is paid at check-in.
